Health Partners' Careers
Health Partners hires RNs, LPNs, CENAs, and HHA as well as family members to staff our homecare private duty cases. We offer a complete benefit package consisting of Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Guarantee Issue Life Insurance, 401K and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Health Partners offers a comprehensive education program with specialized training in the areas of spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, bowel and bladder management program and American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification course. Additionally, there is a learning lab on site at each office for continued learning and training of all staff.
Health Partners prides itself in customer service towards our clients and our employees and ensures that our staff are continuously supported in the field by our Nurse Clinical Coordinators.
