- All eligible employees may receive a $10,000.00 life insurance policy at no cost. Additional life policies may be purchased at attractive group rates for your loved ones.
- 401 K Retirement Plan: Save for your future by enrolling in the 401k retirement savings and investment plan. If you do not waive participation an automatic 3% will be deducted and contributed on your behalf. Investment options and advice are available through Lincoln Financial. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility requirements must be met – for most benefits you are eligible after 30 days of full time (30+ hours per week) employment, most coverage effective first of following month of eligibility. Annual open enrollment for current employees is May 1st.
