CPAN President John Cornack asks Governor Snyder to avoid making a hasty decision that could result in a cost shift to Medicaid, less money for Michigan hospitals to operate with, and lesser care for vulnerable accident victims. Cornack further explains that MCCA claims have not been substantiated, and this is why CPAN has filed suit against the MCCA.
