The Coalition Protecting Auto No-Fault (CPAN)files a formal FOIA request against the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA). CPAN asks that the MCCA, which is made up of insurance company stakeholders and their interests, share the data and calculations that they are using to make their argument that Michigan's auto no-fault law needs reform.
