Mr. Pete Kuhnmuench, lobbyist for the insurance coalition, believes that the no-fault system needs repair in order for the MCCA fund to stay healthy.  He represents claims by insurance companies that health care costs are too high and that their profits on Private Passenger Auto Insurance is too low.  The MCAA claims that their fund is unsustainable due to these factors.
