The Insurance Coalition is remaining strong in their desire to keep the MCCA books closed despite their inability to justify claims of unsustainabilty. CPAN and BIAMI have won a lawsuit that makes the MCCA subject to the Freedom of Information Act, but the MCCA is appealing the decision.
