Michael Dabbs has been president of the Brain Injury Association of Michigan (BIAMI), a chartered state affiliate of the Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA), since 1993 and has entrenched himself in the world of brain injury advocacy. Dabbs has been Chairman of the Michigan Department of Community Health's (MDCH) Traumatic Brain Injury Services and Prevention Council since 2005.
